The Ramsey Water Company, Inc., a public community water system, provides water for about 15,150 residents living in the area of Ramsey, Indiana, an unincorporated community in Jackson Township, Harrison County. Established in 1963, Ramsey Water System currently obtains its supply from a blend of two sources: wells drilled into the Ohio River Basin in Crawford County, and purchased water from Indiana-American Water Company with wells located in Clark County.
