The Walnut Creek Special Utility District (SUD) provides water for about 23,118 residents living in the Springtown area, Texas, including portions of Parker and Wise counties. Established in 1962, the Walnut Creek Special Utility District obtains its supply from a surface water source, a water treatment plant located on Lake Bridgeport.
